Founder & CEO of Hospitality & Senior Living Properties Inc, Pawan Gulati announces the sale of two Assisted Living Communities in Michigan.
HSLP Inc. partnered with the two communities in Bay City (42 units) and Davison (56 units) and sold the communities in April 2018.
The communities were sold at just about 100% occupancy, and they opened in 2016 & 2017. Bay City was approved for an additional 14 units memory care expansion, and Davison was approved for an additional 20 units expansion.
"The sale was in line with our current model 'build and keep or build and sell', and we have more communities under construction in various U.S states" says Gulati.
